Work with building management companies and building agents to schedule projects from start to finish. Oversee project progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. Requires strong communication, construction, leadership, organizational, and diplomacy skills.

This position is well suited for someone with a technical background that also enjoys creating drawings with Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CAD/CADD) and SolidWorks software programs. Strong technical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines are required. CAD drawings are used to build and construct fenestration products.

Create beautiful and functional architectural metal projects using the latest technology that includes waterjets, shears, numerical punching machines, press brake, grinders, welding, and more. Be familiar with mechanical tools and basic power tool usage. Observe company safety and security procedures. Forklift operation experience a plus. Motivated to assist with shop organization and maintenance.
