SALES REPRESENTATIVE / BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Cultivate customer relationships, work with customers to find what they want, discuss solutions and ensure a smooth sales process. Work with estimating team on project proposals, maintain positive business relationships to ensure future sales. Answer queries, offer advice and introduce our products and services through meetings and presentations.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
ASSOCIATE
Interact with customers on behalf of the company, attract potential customers by answering product and service questions. Use telephone and electronic methods to reach out to customers and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain problems or reason for calling. Work to resolve customer issues in a friendly and professional manner.
ARCHITECTURAL METALS /
SHOP ATTENDANTS
Create beautiful and functional architectural metal projects using the latest technology that includes waterjets, shears, numerical punching machines, press brakes, grinders, welding and more. Be familiar with mechanical tools and basic power-tool usage. Observe company safety and security procedures. Forklift operation experience a plus. Understanding of load / un-load procedures. Motivated to assist with shop organization and maintenance.
PROJECT ENGINEER
This position is well suited for someone with a technical background that also enjoys creating drawings with Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CAD / CADD) and SolidWorks software programs. Strong technical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines are required. Construction workers, engineers, architects, surveyors, and manufactures use CAD drawings to build and construct fenestration products.
MANUFACTURING / FABRICATION TECHNICIAN
Test products or subassemblies for functionality or quality. Troubleshoot problems with equipment, devices, or products. Build product subassemblies or final assemblies. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Prepare and assemble materials. Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes or new products, processes, or procedures.
SHIPPING / RECEIVING
Verify and keep records of all products shipped and received from this location. Prepare items for shipment, develop labels and shipping documents. Ensure all orders are filled correctly. Operate lift trucks or hand trucks to convey, move, or hoist materials. Unpack, examine and route incoming shipments. Correspond with scheduling department and transportation companies. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Make deliveries and pick-up supplies using company vehicle.
