Build product subassemblies or final assemblies. Monitor and adjust production processes or equipment for quality and productivity. Prepare and assemble materials. Set up and operate production equipment in accordance with current good manufacturing practices and standard operating procedures. Assist engineers in developing, building, or testing prototypes.
Customer Service Associate
Interact with customers on behalf of the company, attract potential customers by answering service questions, use telephone and electronic technology to reach out to clients and verify account information. Greet customers warmly and ascertain their reason for calling as well as investigate queries. Work to resolve client issues in a friendly and professional manner.
Sales / Business Development
Cultivate customer relationships, work with clients to find what they need, discuss solutions, and ensure a smooth sales process. Work with the estimating team on project proposals, and maintain positive business relations to ensure repeat and future sales. Answer client questions, offer advice, and introduce our capabilities and services through meetings and presentations. Manage CRM technology and increase sales strategies.
Working closely with all teams in the preparation, execution, and completion of important construction projects. Work with building management companies and building agents to schedule projects from start to finish. Oversee project progress in a timely and cost-effective manner. Requires strong communication, construction, leadership, organizational, and diplomacy skills.
This position is well suited for someone with a technical background that also enjoys creating drawings with Computer-Aided Design and Drafting (CAD/CADD) and SolidWorks software programs. Strong technical and organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines are required. CAD drawings are used to build and construct fenestration products.
Architectural Metals/Shop Attendants
Create beautiful and functional architectural metal projects using the latest technology that includes waterjets, shears, numerical punching machines, press brake, grinders, welding, and more. Be familiar with mechanical tools and basic power tool usage. Observe company safety and security procedures. Forklift operation experience a plus. Motivated to assist with shop organization and maintenance.
Design, build, launch, and maintain an e-commerce business site for products. Need strong skills in web catalog design, development, merchandising, content writing, product descriptions, app building, and ensure online sales and conversion opportunities are always maximized. Learn, understand, and document our products to be sold on the e-commerce platform.
